You'll get through it. I didn't file my 2008 and 2

Individuals that are on someone's payroll do not understand what it is like to write a check to the IRS. They think they get money from them (ie refund). 2008/2009...and into 2010 were very difficult years. I had explored bankruptcy but to do such...I could not be selective in who I could pay right before/at/near such. So I opted out....and went a different route.
It was more a strategy move from the beginning due to what the FED RES was doing with the banks. The breaking point was when XXXX acquired XXXX XXXXXXX. I had debt with XXXX as well as other banks...unsecured credit. Decided to quit using credit in early 2007 and pay it off. Was paying down around $1500 per month....on time of course and above what was due.....then when XXXX was getting an arbitrage with XXXX...and getting my debt for free....I hit the roof....and decided to play their game. I started the clock in 2008...payed off all attorney fees...etc...and left only unsecured debt on table. Decided to leave that chapter option on the table and moved money out( two years of income.. savings). Needed to wait at least a year. Had to make sure my name was off everything. A year came around...and low and behold...one bank f'd up and had my name on assets. Removed that.....and went the statute route with all debt tagged to bailout banks.
I didn't trade for over a year plus...and lived very modestly(extreme). I baked my own bread...etc. no food stamps...no help...just old school live by your means...and protect your family.
Nothing infuriated me more than not being able to provide income in a crashed market....PAYING MY DEBT ON TIME.....only to have those banks bailed out and given tax payer money to do such.
When I read that SEC filing on XXXX...and realized that XXXX was given my debt for free(ARBITRAGE!)...that was the final straw.
The thing is...the truth...all debt that I left on the table was unsecured and written off via the banks and bailout money before I started the clock. It was wrong....I paid on time and above what was due. They in turn were able to enjoy a bailout and have it written off......allowing them free money. At a time when I could not earn money.
