Hello, this is Joey68. I mentioned in Post #205 I wasn't going to post for the rest of this month because I am convinced we will begin to increase in PPS on or around April 1 (whenever the 10-K is released), and I pretty much exhausted the DD for the rest of the month.
But because I'm here, I might as well post something:
1.
Don't rely on me to post every day. Don't conclude that on days I am not posting that something is 'horribly wrong with the company'. Life happens. I don't work for SCIE and anything I say should ONLY be considered opinion (Read my disclaimer below).
2.
Just like I mentioned in numerous posts, the ichimoku cloud is holding up nicely. Right now, we are inside the cloud and holding strong. Remember the green Leading Span A line? That's the support we now have. So when the price dips and we close red (and we will for a while), lets see if Line A supports the PPS and we bounce off of it. If it does, that means we may have a good trend forming.
3.
We know the 10-K is soon to be released. Probably within the next 3 or so weeks. Lots to look forward to (which coincides with the Cloud stating we might see an upward trend on around April 1st.

About the whole TA gagged thing..
TA gagged means transfer agent gagged. 'gagged' means they cant release share structure. BUT, and theres a big BUT.. theres more than one reason why they might not release the info:
A.
They cant because the share structure is increasing and cant release that info to the public yet
OR
B.
If you call or email the TA, and they refer you back to the company, it may be that the transfer agent doesn't release that information no matter what company it is. The way to figure this out is to find out who the TA is and then find another company they represent. Then, call the TA and request the share structure for that company. If they still don't give out the information, more than likely it has nothing to do with SCIE hiding their share structure and more that the TA doesn't give out the info.
Again, I don't work for the company, this is all my opinion; and even if the share structure does increase, would it be THAT much of a surprise? We know they have notes, so.... lets just wait to see what the 10-K says in a couple of weeks. Naysayers love throwing around the word 'gagged' because it makes new investors freak.
Note:
The purpose for chart reading is to make sense of what is happening in the past, present, and possibly future. Going back to the ichimoku cloud (and no, this cloud isn't the 'say all / be all', but it is helpful), even if dilution occurs, we have that Leading Span A line to bounce off of. If the PPS bounces off, we know the stock is strong enough to resist the downward motion.

Anyone notice the %W and RSI is looking MUCH better now? See? Red days CAN be good in the long run.
Note 3:
Anyone else notice that even though we went down in share price, the ichimoku cloud has formed a nice green cloud? Look at your chart in a 1 - 3 month view.
