yes I stand corrected, I meant an 8k form. emptybones mentioned that financing can be dependent on the value of an order or orders / potential revenue that the company may make - if that's true, then his Twitter messages in response to 'MakeRips' tells me that stand a good 'possible' chance of landing a financing deal.
