Their original intentions, so they said was to protect shareholders and future investors from the Fab 21 ... aka former leaders.
It's been acknowledged they left Treaty in the fall of 2014, prior to the SEC charges being filed and moved on to greener pastures.
There is absolutely no threat to the company by them, yet the attacks continue.
Their true intentions are to shut Treaty down. There is said to be up to 356 M
NSS shares that the Hedgies control.
If Treaty files BK or closes it's doors it a major payout for them. TDButtwipe works for the Hedgies. He must have a lot on the line to spend 24 / 7 / 365 beating a dead horse.
The other guys are just losers, most likely the Hallin Plaintiffs that think because of their poor investment decisions and losing money because they prematurely sold, everyone should suffer.
The SEC is not on a Witch Hunt to put us out of business. They have to work with Treaty and it's shareholders. And Treaty has to become compliant, which means filing those audits. I hear rumors they are close to if not done.
