All my opinion.. First thing I always go off of
Post# of 58
First thing I always go off of is the chart. How does the chart look? It looks like crap, but there are indicators of possible gains. Just like another stock I'm invested in, it looks like the ichimoku cloud is coming to a crossroads. The PPS is below the cloud. We want it inside and then above the cloud. We know certain parts of the world are in dire need of water; not just third world countries, but out west in the USA. We know the technology works. We know it actually exists. Does this mean theres a market for it? My opinion? Yes. Will anyone buy it? Depends on the need, share structure, management, etc. We know California is obsessing over desalination methods and how expensive they are. So what does this mean for AWGI? Not sure right now seeing I just bought in late last week, but if they have a 10-K coming soon, that might tell us more.
We know January 15, 2016 the AS increased

file an amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State to our Articles of Incorporation authorizing an increase of our authorized common stock from 500,000,000 common shares, par value $0.001 to 2,000,000,000 common shares, par value $0.0001 and increasing our authorized preferred stock from 100,000,000 preferred shares, par value $0.001 per share to 400,000,000 preferred shares, par value $0.0001 per share;
interesting numbers. par value.. doesn't faze me too much. par value is becoming a thing of the past in my opinion. don't believe me? google it.
anyways..
this is the reason why the share numbers is increasing..

The Company's Board of Directors is taking this action to increase its authorized common stock capital because the common stock reserve requirements under the Company’s various convertible loan agreements require that unissued authorized common stock capital be reserved for possible future conversion. Recently, our common shares have traded at lower prices, which correspondingly requires the Company to reserve more common shares. The Company needs to increase its common stock capital in order to avoid breaching the reserve requirements. In connection with this increase in common stock capital, the Company is also increasing its authorized preferred stock capital for future financing opportunities, as they might arise in the future.

..its a bunch of bologna in my book. in my opinion, this stock is a great pick for making a quick $100 to $1000 profit. Heck, the day I bought my first shares, it opened at .0028 and topped off at .0058. That's a quick $500 profit for one day. $62 an hour for an 8 hour work day on a stock I didn't know existed just 24 hours prior? Ill take it! I don't really see awgi being a long term investment for me as the technology doesn't interest me. and I think its safe to say a RS will occur sometime in the future; screwing many current investors out of their shares. so, I probably wont post too much here, but I do see a possibility of making a $1500 in profit which I would sell and invest in more stable investments.
of course, this is all very preliminary and further DD might change my perspective on this company.
