The beauty of it, whf, is that there are a lot of things
The beauty of it, whf, is that there are a lot of things happening on a multitude of fronts.
The Administrative Law Judge "meeting"....although very real and very much one of the avenues being pursued....is by far not the only thing going on.
Personally I believe that the solid documentation clearly showing corruption.......such as (but by light years not the only thing) the "pay to play" attitude (ever wonder who....in an e-mail....suggested Baltia sponsor the airshow?) of the only inspector saying "nay" when all the others (32) said "yeah" during mini-evac #3.......well........you go figure.
And for that matter, for Washington to keep turning a blind eye to this whole cluster$%^&.....well....you go figure.
For the Washington elite to have allowed this BS to go on for so long.......which they CLEARLY knew was happening, because Baltia hired an attorney who brought this to their attention......well....you go figure.
More than the ALJ, I personally can't wait for the investigative report (which is in the works as we speak, and the FAA knows this) to hit the airwaves and for the abuse of power within the FAA to be exposed......and the fact that Washington time and time again turned a blind eye to Baltia's plight.......well.......you go figure.
After all the BS that the FAA has shoveled on top of Igor and Baltia and its staff and its shareholders (in what part of their regulations does it say that Baltia had to deploy 2 slides in broad day light), I am wondering how they (the FAA) are going to save face.
Absolute power CORRUPTS absolutely!
Can you imagine an inspector......after the heavy C-check was completed.....requesting that all the seat cushions be removed from N706BL and be float tested? Isn't that done when the plane is approved for production in the first place?
Talk about some arrogant SOBs abusing their power.....and the Washington elite allowing this to go on and on and on, unchecked, even when it is brought to their attention.
When Obama sees what his "staff" have allowed to go on...hurting the American people and the investing community......right under his nose, in the next building over.....I'm sure he is going to demand answers.
Talk about screwing up the election for the democrats, this is going to go down a hell of a lot worse than the time Clinton stuck a cigar in Monica's "you-know-where".
The report is coming. It's just a matter of whether or not the FAA can clean up their act before it gets released and come out looking like a professional organization (and right the wrongs), or if they are going to try to toe-dance around it and become the laughing stock of the entire World.....................
