I posted a message on IHUB early this morning in response to IGLOW but of course it was deleted for being off topic, imagine that :-)

"So please explain why KBM or Asher have never been prosecuted for violating the usury laws - they haven't and it is because they aren't in violation. "

Are you serious? That proves nothing, how long did it take New York to charge the payday lenders for criminal usuary? Yet they were breaking the criminal usuary laws of New York for years.

You never mention it was PLN who first sued HJOE and they didn't get a dime now did they? I wonder why that is? Obviously HJOE has money now, they are expanding rapidly with dealers in at least 20 states (some with multiple dealers). They just did a large production run. Dealers have already been placing reorders after just being in their areas a short time. International distribution is coming soon. HJOE does several promotions giving out thousands of shots for people to sample. They just had a large production run which was paid for IN CASH. These are not the activities of a broke/insolvent company.

Now where do you think the money's coming from to do all this? Obviously they are not doing anymore toxic financings since none of these lenders will advance sums while the company isn't current in their SEC filings since that's a requirement in the lenders contracts.

Don't you just hate it when the truth gets in your way?
