Establishment has lost touch with the bulk of its voters...
Majority sits in the middle or just right or left of middle...
That is why I say a Huckabee as VP takes the party other than the extreme right. That would be the bulk of the Rubio, Cruz support leaving the extreme right with about 1-5%
