There was a trade at 15:31 for 1.215(that was under the bid) for 3500 shares the price stayed at 1.24 like the trade didn't even happen, even though it posted. It sat for 25 minutes with no trading. It never showed as last trade even though it sat as the last trade for that long. It happened a few times today, same pattern same MM off the OP exchange. None of it makes sense, hopefully Leo embarrasses them all soon!
