Q: Congratulations on the impressive price action from this MIAMI conference! Anything you can tell me about it?
A: Yes very impressive. These conferences are a big part of our strategy to get the investing world to find us. There has been an overwhelming response. We plan on doing several more this year.
Q: Overwhelming?
A: Yes, I continue to get calls EVERYDAY from investors looking to throw money at us...We are actively seeking the right fit, and if an investor is not the right fit we move on.
Q: What is the right fit?
A: There must be a synergy. If they are looking to invest, we want them to bring more than just money. Experience, local knowledge, industry connections etc. If they are looking to be growth partners, their business must meet our exact requirements. Not interested in anyone/thing just starting up. We are looking for a solid business in the right niche of the healthcare industry. As I have said before, we are not just a pharmacy..we are a healthcare services company...
Q: Anything interesting just yet?
A: Interesting yes, but more than that at this time? No. We do extensive research, and there are many to research at this time.
Q: What is our FLOAT? There was a discrepancy in the presentation vs OTC PRs...
A: Yes, our most recent filing was from the 3rd quarter of '15. The number in the presentation is correct for that time, but since we have not filed, that is the number. Current and final number is 306M for the FLOAT. We have absolutely NO intention to raise the O/S at this time. In fact, we pride ourselves in our clean balance sheet, and share structure.
Q: What is this status of employees...Are we hiring?
A: We have grown our staff over the past year, and our employees believe in us very much. A job here is a career, not just a job...this is how they all feel.
Q: Whats up with the 12.5M shares to be returned to treasury? Whats the holdup?
A: The DTC process is MANUAL, not electronic for us. We expect the shares back very soon.
Q: Lastly, can we expect a PR for the FEB revs?
A: Absolutely!
