Yes, we are overdue for a shareholder update. It is frustrating for us but it is even more frustrating for our enemies. (those selling non existent shares) The shorts are counting on the reverse split to solve some of their problem and the lack of any update to the shareholders letter of 2/11 when it was mentioned is no doubt making them nervous. If you have noticed the FINRA short numbers have been running between 50 and 80% since that announcement which is much higher than they would like.
My preference is still to have Ultraflix spun off similar to NTGL with NTEK continuing to maintain an ownership position. If after the spinoff they chose to do a reverse split of NTEK shares that would be fine with me. Let both spinoffs file audited financials and uplist.
We all must remember that we are at war with an enemy that not only wants our money but wants to bankrupt the company we invested in. Our enemy is financially strong and has captured some regulators. The professional paid posters are posting 24/7 in an effort to get us to sell at a loss spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt. They will try and infiltrate this board as well and it is important to remember and prevent that.
We must appreciate that the company continues to deliver despite limited cash resources and we are now on virtually all 4K platforms. We are getting incredible exposure as in The American Way article and lots of other press.
Time is on our side as more and more 4K TV's are sold worldwide.
Whenever I get a tad discouraged I get a quote on SIRI which survived a similar war with the shorts and traded similarly as well which now has an outstanding of over 5 billion and trades around $4.00 even with a large short position. I look forward to the day we trade based on demand and supply. Go NTEK!!!
