KKK...lets see.
Being a Racist or Bigot is not against the law for stating your opinion either verbally or in writing on the above. Racism is however a hate crime when you take action against another person...so It would depend on if they ever took action and were caught. KKK does support the Constitution and its defense...So in short being a member of the KKK isn't against the law, What they my do might or might not be. Not a crown I would what to were. If you wait a biblical answer. There are places that suggest not mixing race. So morally I guess they can support there positions.
There are other secret societies that come out for the over throw of the government.
Lets address the Illuminati, Jesuit, Knight of Malta and Knights of Columbus. Now if you look at their vows.
They support Rome and support the over throw of any other authority, Christian or other wise from what my research shows. So in short taking there vows...would be a RED flag for anyone working or holding any elected or civil job and a violation of their oath of office. If not denounced. If they are not discovered and act against the United States (trade deal, appropriation on money to help there State ect.) That would be Treason and punishable by the death penalty.
