Bottom of 8K kinda explains NON-GAAP and why they used it...
I might have rose colored glasses on but, these 8Ks seem honest to me, they could of gotten a shady financial firm and 8k some pumped up numbers to pump pps, but they showed a loss - which in my opinion says a lot...
