$HJOE tv spot / show CNBC doesnt do stories on

CNBC doesnt do stories on penny stocks or micro caps due to the undue influence ANY exposure would have on the stock price. that being said - since they mentioned the show would talk about the stock price, my guess it might talk about how emerging companies in certain spaces/sectors (such as shots or energy or niche) go from start up to full retail. might incorporate the use of different means of funding and the pros/cons of such, celebrity endorsements, etc. if they talk about the lending and capitalization of small/micro stocks - then the stock price is obviously critical because usually - it is the only financial leverage the company has.
if they are featured as an example of bad actors in the market place on the lending side - it could talk about how toxic lending can eviscerate a stock price and dramatically lessen the chances of a stock/company in this sector surviving. so - a couple different angles here and could incorporate several of these: toxic lending, celebrity endorsements (Tiger Woods was endorsing an energy shot that failed), difficulties of launching products in the beverage space. unlike the other show which was more about the actual manufacturing of the product - this could be more about the business side since it is mentioning stock price.
i think i saw a post referencing the R/s for $TBEV They just completed a 1/100 split and trading closed at Friday at $0.0002 and opened Monday at $0.02. today it closed at $0.0056 and had a low yesterady of $0.0045. in less than a week - it could be back in trips. for those that dont understand how destructive a split would have been - there is an example. the company could have increased AS and/or let the split go through and let the rest of the CD convert. it would have effectively wiped out the current shareholders and put them in an even worse place leverage wise for new funding. so - for anyone thinking mgmt is NOT trying to protect shareholders (and themselves as they are the largest), do some research. start with TBEV and look at trading last several weeks pre split and this week post split.
