You investors need answers. I know you won't list

PTOI knows and should have informed investors of a proof-of-concept. Since they inexplicably haven't after seven years of testing, you investors should understand that you collectively own the company and you should demand that information.
Simply ask Mr. Heddle what results they've achieved in their very best run(s). What exactly went into the processor (type, cost, amount, sustainable supply or not) and what exactly came out (amount, sales price, sustainable demand or not). It's highly, highly unusual that PTOI hasn't disclosed any of that information since any significant new financing would depend on credible evidence of value.
If, on the other hand, Mr. Heddle hasn't found any valuable use for the processor yet but is looking for someone who might benefit, he should be very clear on that point too--that would be a stark contrast compared to what the company represented to investors in the past.
