But the PR prior to that one he promises the Financials will be filed by the FINRA appeal hearing, which was Dec 18th.
I'm on your side. I have not given up hope. I believe we will be moving forward in the future. Others have lost hope for the lack of communication. Especially when one say's they will do something, which IMO is imminent to getting on the good side of FINRA and SEC, and they fail.
