Not rejected.... Never even considered! They must be black listed as a matter of the founder having been involved in Scams in the past. After the trick he tried to pull, officially taking his name off the company, then going to Airport and Town officials representing Avatar. They have to be watching him like a hawk watches a rabbit! What was the deal, Fla. officials wouldn't even meet with them...
