Reverse split ? Why? To uplist to higher board? Lets see say you bought 1 mm shares @ .10 or $100,000. At today's close of .003 your shares are worth $3,000 so you would need a 1 for 400 r/s to get you $1.20 pps and on higher better board. That leaves you with 2,500 shares still valued at $3000. Now to break even the stock has to rise to $40 pps share to break even. How many years do you wait for that to happen? How many subscribers are need for that to happen: 140 million. I am dubious of r/s anything less and still on pinks is not good if 90% r/s failure on pinks is an indicator.
