Welcome aboard mtlebomac... to your point about placing a large buy at a higher ask wouldn't matter, brokers will buy for you at the going pps...
All in good time... for the pps and regarding a PR. Those will come but putting something out would only temporarily spike the pps and Bill, I believe, is very much aware of how that all works. So, he'll do it when he sees fit and it has the 'best bang for the buck'... grow the business and they will come!
