"I want to go on the record. I am calling for the criminal indictment, with the possibility of 15 years in jail, of Hillary Clinton for criminal activity culminating in her willful, knowing endangerment of the lives of our heroic sons and daughters in the U.S. Armed Forces and our deep operators across the globe.
In the next 90 days, the FBI will bring formal criminal charges against Hillary through Obama’s attorney general at the Department of Justice.
Loretta Lynch will go into ultra-feminist mode and lambaste the FBI, claiming they are a male-led, anti-woman, Republican-sympathizing, misogynist organization on a “political witch hunt” with which she will have no hand-dirtying part (a la “Pontius Pilate”).
Or, with great solemnity she will parsimoniously declare that she will prosecute the case to wherever the facts lead her to protect America from lawlessness (and take her very sweet time in discovery ... at least until January 2017 when Obama departs).
There is, sadly, one more possibility.
Does anyone recall President Gerald Ford’s farewell gift to Richard Nixon?
“I forgive you, Hillary, for any unlawful action you have committed, or are now committing.” And by the constitutional power of the president of the United States, Hillary is forever cleansed; past and present for villainy.
So the stage is set.
The FBI now has over 150 special agents on the Hillary criminal case, which they opened back in April. One hundred fifty agents are exhaustively investigating bucket-loads of Hillary’s unabashed, unrepentant criminal activity.
Why 150 special agents on this deep probe into Hillary’s recent past activities as secretary of state?
Well, let’s make a short list of possible charges, remembering a lowly Army private who two years ago was convicted of six counts of espionage for not securing confidential information and correctly sentenced to 35 years in jail.
The probable FBI forthcoming charges include:
Bribery
Conspiracy
False Statements (lying)
Fraud and Swindle
Disclosure of Confidential Information
Unauthorized removal
Concealment or Mutilation of Government Records
Fraud by Wire
Attempted Fraud
Obstruction of Justice
Destruction of Government Records
Perjury (including document signature)
Directing subordinates to send “classified” documents unsecured
Publicly (unsecured email) disclosing the name of a CIA officer in deep cover
Publicly (unsecured email) releasing the travel schedule of subsequently-murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens; Libya
All soldier’s lives are recklessly endangered when anyone leaks sensitive or classified information, but even more so our deep operatives in Special Forces, Delta Teams or the CIA.
The law reads; “Disclosure… of any information identifying a covert agent … is punishable by imprisonment for up to 15 years.”
Secretary of State Clinton willfully compromised her extremely confidential, and now destroyed, official email correspondence to protect her from ever having to produce a record of her Clinton Foundation and Benghazi communications. She wantonly risked thousands of men and women’s lives for her own disgraceful, political self-protection."
