The only title that shows Bandera Gold with Compan

The only title that shows Bandera Gold with Compania Minera Cinco Minas is 221732. This is the reason why I mailed the Mexican Mining Registry because it has not been updated since 2008.
1) The answer was "Compania Minera Cinco Minas" is the owner.
2) Also, if you look at the top right of concession title 221732 you will see the validity and duration of this concession title. Most concession titles are valid until 2054. Not title 221732. It says this:
Vigencia del : viernes, 19 de marzo, de 2004
Al :jueves, 18 de marzo, de 2010
Duración : 6 Años
The duration of title 221732 is 6 years from March 19th 2004 until March 18th 2010. We're in 2016 now.
