If a stock trades all day between lets say for example .0044-.0048 and at the end of the day a purchase of 5-10,000 shares at .0051, it would then close at .0051 although it didn't trade that all day! That would be considered a paint-job to close it at a particular price to manipulate the market! It happens the other way also! They accused us of that Friday cus it had a close of .0036 with a 25,000 or so share trade in the last minute!
