Update on US Operations:
Our customer iProp has been live for about 3 months using eMobile technology, relatively light volume so far but growing.
Our customer Secure Account Services is now live processing on our system, about 8000 transactions per month.
TradeRocket delayed launch by 30 days to do some new development for a new customer they added, they will be live in March.
EZ Card & Kiosk is pending approval at Avidia Bank, we expect confirmation today. They are starting in L.A. county and Kern County CA court payments at kiosks. We are supposed to be adding alimony/child support payments for Illinois and Alabama also.
ReceivePay is finishing their custom integration with us and has a number of niche markets they will bring to us, this will be a solid revenue generating partner.
Cuallix is still working with us but has not integrated yet.
We continue to develop eMobile, although most of the development we continue to do in Israel has application for our licensed system and eMobile. Woo Commerce plug-in is tested and ready once eMobile has been updated. We are adding more automation to the registration process.
We are still negotiating final agreement language with Zipmark, although I believe we are now essentially in agreement on the final language. Zipmark will get a patent license from MyECheck in return for a small fee per transaction.
We have a default judgement against Sweetsun and have filed for one against Titan Securities, I expect this case to be resolved in March and that we will recover and cancel at least another 260,000,000 shares, and we may be awarded damages, although I do not know how collectable any monetary judgement would be.
We are considering rebranding MyECheck as "MEC, Inc." a new company name and brand that better fits our global software licensing business model, we would retain MyECheck as a product brand for our electronic check service.
Our sales focus now is pursuing larger US accounts.
