They finally performed an inspection (the delay was on tpac's part, trying to find a plant, lOl) but the inspection wasn't of the plant that manufactured the original bearings that NAVAIR tested.."
The real reason for the delay was the sequester. The Navy had no funding. That's why they put us on the QPL prior to the visit.
