Waste Connection (WCN) and Progressive Waster (BIN) announced the early termination of the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 in connection with their previously announced all-stock merger deal. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016.
