Saturday afternoon visit to the Buffalo Ranch Construction Site
as you can see now the entire Head House Erection is completed. According to workers on site Saturday now the plumbing and electrical go in and then the slab will be poured. The building looks GREAT!!
The Green House erection is completed and now they are skinning the outer walls and installing the insulation. The motorized light deprivation system is installed on the inside of the building along with a huge ventilation system that covers the entire east wall of the building.
I keep asking about the grower and I keep getting nothing but smiles. Then I remember what the last press release said about them taking the option on the remaining 15 acres of the 35 acre parcel.
Delmar Janovec, CEO, states, "Due to the number of inquiries and ongoing discussions with parties interested in leasing, building, or entering into Joint-Ventures with CannaGrow Holdings on the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Filing No. 5-Lot 61 Property, the Company has secured an option to lease the remaining 15 acres on Lot 61 from NuGro Industries, Inc. The current Five (5) Phase Build Out is already spoken for and leasing details are being negotiated with the future tenants.
