I had eluded to this in an earlier post, in that the monetary value of this initial P.O. is inconsequential to the priceless message this makes to the entire Aerospace World, (Every Airplane Manufacturer, Every Major Maintenance Facility, Every Potential Bearing Buyer, The Funding and Investment World...And yes US as Investors).
The potential reach of this product is virtually Limitless. Anything man made that moves contains some lubrication and or necessitate bearing requirements, ( That's where Jason comes in...Nice !! ). But these bearings are expensive and specialized, they only serve a niche market ?....Absolutely NOT..."Can be specialized"...YES...The incorporation of the proprietary 'Race' is the Pinnacle Factor.
Be it a machine on a factory floor, or a specific piece of equipment on a job site or processing facility eq; Mining, Lumber....Any down time is not only costly to that specific unit, but can literally stall the entire production, ( I am personally well versed with this phenomenon after owning a Civil Engineering Firm...Big Boy Toys !). With that aspect in mind, Would you be willing to pay for a premium bearing if it will outlast a "typical" replacement by 5 times...?....Reflect on that...Some bearings require 2 days of tear down to merely access....Think that bearing is expensive now....!!!!!
The schematic on the 'Chain Of Command" felt like a ride at Disney Land....That was the brilliance behind setting up an US/China/World Production entity satisfying Political..Economic,,And Demanding Universal Engineering Requirements. However that Mad Hatter's ride of production is what it took to satisfy ALL the aforementioned...And not ONLY was it performed successfully, But, Ahead of schedule...!!!!....SERIOUSLY....YES.....And you know what we even got paid to do it..!!
That small initial P.O. required all aspects of our firm to start and function, from the initial "paperwork" to implement this order, to notification to purchase materials, to shipping and processing,to inspection and certification, to completion and shipping ready, to prepare billing. This P.O. utilized every aspect of a virgin firm. Talk is cheap...This IS Performance.
I do personally believe....HOUSTON...THE EAGLE HAS LANDED.....
