after they receive delivery of the power unit from the Company. The Company expects to deliver the first power unit during the second quarter of 2013.
13. Jun 19, 2013 A new company was organized for the specific purpose of manufacturing in large quantities the Coates CSRV products, Coates Hi-Tech Engines, Ltd.
