2. Mar 1, 2011 Coates completes design of electric power plant in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emarites) Power generators to be mfg. in China to Coates specs. Essential companies that will participate in this project are: Luz Construction, Inc. (industrial contractor), Jersey Shore Automation, Inc. (electrical engineering, fabrication, and installation), and Almont Energy, Inc. of Alberta, Canada (natural gas electric power industrial generator installation) There are other companies involved.
3. Apr 1, 2011 Coates signs letter of intent to merge with China industrial engine mfg company. Sep 30, 2011 - Based on the difficulty of working with the management of S.W.T., management has determined that the risk of proceeding to merge with S.W.T. is greater than anticipated. Accordingly, the Company will instead consider working out an alternate, simpler approach to enable it to have access to the manufacturing capabilities of S.W.T.

12. Apr 11, 2013 Coates signs PO to manufacture hydrogen powered industrial CSRV electric power engine generator splitting water molecules, referred to as "hydroxy-gas". The purchaser will be responsible for the water splitting technology to the CSRV engine generator ("Gen Set" after they receive delivery of the power unit from the Company. The Company expects to deliver the first power unit during the second quarter of 2013.
13. Jun 19, 2013 A new company was organized for the specific purpose of manufacturing in large quantities the Coates CSRV products, Coates Hi-Tech Engines, Ltd. (managed by Gregory Coates) Plans are in the works to issue shares in the new production company to all existing Coates International, Ltd. stockholders.
