Well said, kbulldog. In the absence of solid, positive financial information, we are forced to apply the element of simple logic. But, we must not forget the issues that are still on the table.

1. Feb 16,2011 Coates signs 2nd of (?) parts of agreement with China's largest industrial engine manufacturer. Chinese business delegation to visit Coates and Almont Energy Inc. in Canada within 30 days.

2. Mar 1, 2011 Coates completes design of electric power plant in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emarites) Power generators to be mfg. in China to Coates specs. Essential companies that will participate in this project are: Luz Construction, Inc. (industrial contractor), Jersey Shore Automation, Inc. (electrical engineering, fabrication, and installation), and Almont Energy, Inc. of Alberta, Canada (natural gas electric power industrial generator installation) There are other companies involved.

3. Apr 1, 2011 Coates signs letter of intent to merge with China industrial engine mfg company. Sep 30, 2011 - Based on the difficulty of working with the management of S.W.T., management has determined that the risk of proceeding to merge with S.W.T. is greater than anticipated. Accordingly, the Company will instead consider working out an alternate, simpler approach to enable it to have access to the manufacturing capabilities of S.W.T.

4. Apr 6, 2011 World Business Group of Dubai, United Arab Emirates approves the Coates Flare Off Gas Power Plant Project.

5. Apr 29 2011 Coates ships another CSRV gen sets to Alberta Canada.

6. May 17, 2011 Coates reaches full agreemtnt with S.W.T. of China in Alberta, Canada to combine forces and merge the companies.

7. June 21, 2011 Almont Energy, Inc. has paid $5,150,000 of $10M to Coates for exclusive license fee. Balance is due over the next four years.

8.Aug 4, 2011 Coates ships CSRV industrial generator to Alberta Canada

9.Sep 6, 2011 Coates ships CSRV industrial generator to Alberta Canada

10.Nov 3, 2011 Coates shipped a CSRV Industrial 855 C.I. natural gas engine utilizing ultra ceramic internal parts to Alberta, Canada

11. Feb 24, 2012 Coates signs confidentiality agreement with American auto manufacturer, that expresses interest in approximately 1,000 small, lightweight CSRV engines per year.

12. Apr 11, 2013 Coates signs PO to manufacture hydrogen powered industrial CSRV electric power engine generator splitting water molecules, referred to as "hydroxy-gas". The purchaser will be responsible for the water splitting technology to the CSRV engine generator ("Gen Set" after they receive delivery of the power unit from the Company. The Company expects to deliver the first power unit during the second quarter of 2013.

13. Jun 19, 2013 A new company was organized for the specific purpose of manufacturing in large quantities the Coates CSRV products, Coates Hi-Tech Engines, Ltd. (managed by Gregory Coates) Plans are in the works to issue shares in the new production company to all existing Coates International, Ltd. stockholders. (A spinn-off) This has been put on the back burner pending Coate's further development.
