Is anyone still interested in Skyline?? Skyline's

SKLN's shares closed at $1.06. I think the reason it's still over $1 is that most investors don't really fully understand what's going on. The warrants from the units can be exercised on a "cashless" basis and converted to shares based on a formula provided in SKLN's SEC filings. As the share price goes lower, the warrants can be converted into exponentially more shares...down to a limit of $0.43.
The company tried to backtrack and offered new units to replace the existing ones...but the existing unit holders must have understood the conversion feature because only five percent of existing unit investors tendered their securities.
This is really interesting and could potentially be lucrative if a person is in the right position.
