NAVAIR inspected & approved BTL as our supplier. If we change suppliers we must notify NAVAIR. We're in full compliance with NAVAIR regs
I am only going on what little info has been given. And in a reply this afternoon to Smartmoney, I asked to be corrected if my info is in error. While I cannot be 100% certain until more info surfaces, the links/data I have posted regarding BTL seems like a very likely scenario, seeing as they are just down the road from $TPAC and also due to the fact that Boeing(and a few others) are clients of BTL. I am merely drawing what I believe is the most probable conclusion. For additional clarity that I am not able to provide, I would keep an eye on Twitter. This was a question posted just after the most recent Tweet:

@TPACbearings Bill, apolgies, but can you clarify what BTL supplies TPAC? Your machining equipment you use to produce parts?
Additionally, emailing Bill for specifics may be another option. If you find something that I haven't, or that I am in error, by all means let me know so we have accurate info as a board.
