KALO in the grand scheme of things given the HUGE revenue potential combined with the alliance with ITD (Innovative Trailer Design) in some sort of way, the following outlines my personal PPS calcs even if the o/s is 5bil before the conversions are done. The following assumes KALO will receive the $200 mil down from The Republic of Guinea. Even though KALO's last posts under Twitter and Facebook mention quite a lot about the prospects of Chad and also the earlier $800 mil Ghana deal in earler posts. Any additional revenue on top of Guinea's would obviously affect the following calcs.
But, just for a quick PPS calc just with the Guinea initial $200 mil revs only and 5 bil o/s.
$200 mil revs x .50 EBIT = $100 mil x .60 (40% tax) = $60 mil/5 bil o/s = $.012 EPS x 10 PE = $.12 PPS!
There is risk here but one can see the HUGE reward potential if all pans out combined with the potential of linking up with ITD in some way! Just something to mull over while we sit at the $.0001 and $.0002 levels for now. I continue to see NO evidence that any officer or director or Top management of KALLO are exiting the company!
