More content is not the problem. No one can't tell me that everyone and I mean everyone doesn't have there eye on UltraFlix.... Apple, Amazon, Verizon, Samsung, Vizio, Sony, LG, Roku, Major Studios Paramont,MGM, WB..... Sports NFL .... Music & Concerts.... Media TV Shows..... Movies ..... Commercials & Advertising. Everyone knows what we are about now and what we can do. They all want to be involved with us. There's no doubt about it !!!!
Pushing the big Ad campaign now is not the problem either. We are not quite ready yet. We are getting there. We're still waiting for Apple and Amazon to come aboard.
In the past year and half it has amazed us all watching Dave Foley's vision begin to unfold with UltraFlix. We applaud you Mr. Foley and the high skilled guality management team that you put together. UltraFlix has shown leadership and is at the top mastering the 4K streaming industry. All eyes are on us as well as Netflix. UltraFlix is King of 4K.
But keep in mind Mr. Foley and NTEK it was the hard earned money of your shareholders that kept funding your success as you kept diluting a/s. We Were there in the beginning funding Ntek and UltraFlix.
With no direspect Mr. Foley we all realize what you went through in the past and our hearts are with you and your family. But for us shareholders to stand by and keep reinvesting in NTEK as you were diluting and to turn around now and do a R/S and devalue our money is unethical. We know you lent NTEK money but now wasn't the time payback at this growing stage.
I understand this is your baby but the problem is... We need money..... We need to borrow money.... Or we need a partner.
Ntek has real value now .... We have real equity now ..... We have real revenue now.
We are playing in the big leagues with the big boys.
I can't see how there is no one out there willing to step up to the plate !!!
Mr. Foley ..... NTEK ... You need to partner up now or Borrow $$$$$
NO Reverse Split. Start being transparent with us.
