Here you go..
All of this DD started when I was researching the CE Mark in Europe. One thing led to another; I found things on EEA Manufacturing, and an interesting picture popped up of the wavstat.
I never saw this picture before so I google searched the image and something called China Forum VI popped up.
Have you heard of China Forum VI before?? I sure haven't. Didn't even know it existed.
So it appears China Forum VI is some sort of huge international event. But then things got out of control because the more I searched, I started getting new terms popping up like omcconference, china, onemedchina, FDA, Brett Johnson... and I pretty much gave up because I figured it would lead to nowhere.
So later on, I decided to give it one last go, and google searching china form resulted in this:

Although its a very basic website, I noticed the image had stars in California and in china, so I thought, "what the heck is this??"
The description on the site says:
Interesting, right? It states January 2016, so whatever this 'china thing' is, happened last month.
But then the word OneMedForums caught my eye, because like I mentioned earlier, one search term that kept coming back was onemedchina , so putting 2 and 2 together I figured they must somehow be related.
The above quote also says
Western executives? SCIE is a western company. interested or active in the Chinese healthcare market? We already know SCIE has told us a while ago they were interested in the China markets because theres a PR stating that they are interested, "particularly in china". Im not going to find the link, you can find it.

Now things are going to get odd, crazy, strange, exciting, and 'what the heck is going on!?' all at once.
scroll down the page until you see something familiar. Don't worry, youll know what im talking about.
Halfway down the page it says
Ok that sounds familiar. But now read the description..

That paragraph just mentioned the WavSTAT Optical Biopsy System, right???
At this point I still didn't know what this meant, but I found it incredible that spectra science has some sort of connection to china.
click the AGENDA tab up top and it will bring you to the agenda for the day showing a bunch of names.
It will be interesting to do DD on this because SOMEONE there represented spectra science or at LEAST, someone there knew enough about spectra science to make it part of the agenda.
So that's my question.. how did China Forum VI find out about spectra science, but more than that, not only did they hear of them, they included them in the agenda for the day.

And seeing the WavSTAT4 SCIE was one of the companies discussed at the meeting..THEYRE CALLING SCIE PROMISING.

Conclusion:
OneMedMarket, a company based in New York, owns its subsidiary OneMedChina. OneMedMarket created OneMedChina as a way to introduce Western technology to China. And JUST like SCIE's PR said a few years ago that they wanted to expand to China.. guess what.. it's already in the works.
And the people behind Spectra Science either approached OneMedmarket for help, or OneMedMarket found out about SCIE and asked if they wanted their services. Apparently, either way, SCIE is using the services of OneMedmarket which does this..
And the conclusion to all this; this isn't some dead end, 12 year old press release. This happened LAST MONTH which means Spectra Science is both ACTIVELY working on getting their product sold in China AND Spectra Science is ACTIVELY networking around the world. Which means, MORE PR's, MORE SEC filings, MORE potential! This is going to be huge and in my opinion, the trend reversal has already begun.
BOOM!
