Yeah, Lip Lock Loogy, king of the smooth talkers! He probably fetches coffee and doughnuts (lots of doughnuts) for Chris Christie, so he should know all the goins on in Joisey!! Probably has lumps on his head from fixin things under Christie's desk too. lol
