Impart to policy maker's in depressed areas not keeping up with the world economy...that spans infrastructure, education&training, culture, wage and political winds...
Bottom-line in many cases Democrats dropped the ball in these area's. However just like Flint. 50 year old problem. Now gets blame in whole on a Republican...
Then add NAFTA sign by a Democrat you get the Sucking sound as jobs leave America...
Those 20-40 per hour jobs for unskilled labor are not there any longer and will never return...The Democrats, Union and policy makers and leaders...priced their people out of jobs.
Now you have the Plan. The retooling and retraining of American and the underlyings of " Be Like China" 7-12 per hour jobs for the unskilled worker, welfare if you don't want to work. Reliance on government to fill the gap and redistribute the wealth...
Upper Class/ Lower Class no middle class...Spread the wealth world wide, keep the spending going with cheap labor. Find the balance on the bottom-line to keep the slaves happy... Mo Money for the Elites...raise and fall of the economy never touches them or their power.
Capitalism with a socialist twist...only the elite of the elite can move higher on the food chain. There is a ceiling.
