Don't forget, Spectra Science is CURRENT with the FDA. It's not exactly 'easy' to get on the FDA's Establishment Registration & Device list with just any old bunch of crap, much less take the time and effort to remain current once youre there.

Look at what the arrow is pointing at..
This proves Spectra Science has FDA approval for selling their product as an EXPORT !

Boo Yaaa! WavSTAT4 can be exported! It only FURTHER strengthens my belief that the WavSTAT4 is already sold in the UK and Germany. And seeing the WavSTAT4 is compatible with other forceps, its not necessary for them to be exportable yet.
