New York works the same way as Chicago and most other Big Cities...
You have to grease palms to do business...
Most of these Big Cities are run by Democrats...
Would you like to take Kilpatrick from Detroit, Daley from Chicago
There is Flint...a water problem 50 years old and now a Republican Governor is being slapped around over it.
Why has Emanuel gone quiet in Chicago ?
Should we explore more Cities and their Politic's ?
