Only if he coattails in a filibuster proof Senate, highly unlikely, and only if Putin and the leaders of China and Mexico melt under Trump's X-Man like gaze.
Trump's an authoritarian. He will be 'disappointed' at how the levers of government actually work. GENERAL Eisenhower also had a steep learning curve in that regard. and Trump is no Ike.
