"spudud will be relentless in calling and emailing everybody at the partner company spewing his slanderous lies."
go back and listen to the company CC from last summer. there were at least a handful of callers trying to interrupt/disrupt the call and discourage people from listening. it almost worked for me. one has to get through 5-7 min of the nonsense before Bill figured out how to mute all callers. even after doing so - when he opened it up for questions - they still tried to disrupt. this was AFTER the Timken issue where he did address that the company was inundated with calls about the deal. while all of those may have not been vindictive (some could just be from shareholders trying to do DD), it is extremely disruptive to the company it is happening to (Timken).
i have referenced HJOE several times on here and i saw the same thng happen with them. first - things did go sideways for them when they hit exponential growth and their 3rd party packager couldnt keep up and things went sideways. it caused them at least a 3 year setback due to the chain of events. looks like TPAC is well ahead on that front.
as far as people harassing like the above - HJOE had similar things happen when they posted sites carrying product (Walgreens being a big one) and a distribution partner (SMS) being absolutely inundated and harassed when the deals/locations were announced. i spoke with several store managers of Walgreens and with the mgmt at SMS and got the first hand account of the calls. it is VERY real. the crooked MMs/lenders profit big time on shorting and they DO aggressively go after any avenues that can make a company successful when they have positions on the line.
look at where TPAC bottomed (during the CD lending phase) and look at the rise since. look at FINRA daily short numbers during those runs. this rise and sustained run caught many off guard and that doesnt fit in with their playbook. they are used to controlling the action up and down (through organized pumps and dumps) and when real shareholders displace traders - things go sideways for them and they DO attack. it costs very little money to harangue a mfg like Timken (one can get main switchboard number in 5 sec on a Google search). tie up their phone lines and eventually a message gets to important people "WTF is TransPacific Aerospace and why do people keep calling us about them?!". couple days later emails pass back and forth, the minor deal is pinpointed as the culprit, and a higher up is pissed his/her time was wasted and quashes the deal. bill acknowledged the error and more than likely, isnt interested in repeating that mistake.
