Shareholder Update - February 25. Acquisition of Software Assets.

When the acquisition deal closes there may well be a rush to average down by many holding above .0010.
At present, some are flipping any dilution / loss selling for 1-tick and I'm too busy elsewhere on my major plays to watch it.
