China is China..... never wants to play fair.
Keep in mind, Saudi Arabia is located in the heart of the Middle East........The Middle East has been a hot bed for wars and conflicts since the beginning of time. Moreover, the Middle East has been in complete and utter chaos since the invasion of Iraq and continuing with the Civil War in Syria .... and now the rise of ISIS.
The Saudis have their own list of issues to attended with externally and internally. The Saudis will have a lot more problems on their hands if things continue to intensify between Iran. Those two countries have been on a collision course for years and it's only a matter of time before a punch is thrown by one of the two countries. If it's not the Saudis, Israel-Iran conflict is well overdue.
As for the UAE, it borders Saudi Arabia and is less than 21 miles by sea from Iran. If any type of conflict breaks out, UAE will be indirectly affected with warfare taking place in the Persian Gulf and shipping routes through the Straits of Hormuz more than likely being closed. If the strait of Hormuz is closed, than it will be very tough shipping goods to and from not only UAE but Saudi Arabia as well.
You are correct.... Brwc in the Middle East has a lot of potential. If things could settle down in the region or even just stay the way they are now.... a deal is signed and executed than BRWC will see better days to come. It will skyrocket to Mars. In the next thirty days, we will know for sure if the deal is signed, sealed and delivered.
