Just a couple weeks left for the rosen response deadline. I wonder if zagami backs out if rosen can use that as a back door. zagami has been involved in several lawsuits, I counted at least 5 from my research. He has no shame and probably take a bribe to take the hit.
I do think luxe at one time was an investor, he has definitely been recruited in to the notretreat scam, they will leave the new guys holding the torch when the crap hits the fan... pretty sad to get sucked in to that mess!
