I don't think Rosen will drop the case. I do believe there is a 99% chance that the judge will dismiss the case as there is no merit to it. I would love to see Sullivan counter sue Rosen and go after Mako and SA but I don't have enough faith in our legal system to believe this will have a very high percentage of success. I hope I am wrong on this as I would love to see those parasites pay dearly.
