To which part, or parts, would one place positive emphasis? Mr. Sanders has pinned a good deal of rhetoric on 'free college', though everything has a cost to someone. Who will foot the bill for that? Once someone or something is forced to pay for it, then it ceases to be free. The idea of 'free college' is a prima facie impossibility. The only way to give one person 'free' college, is to extract the funds from another. Mr. Sanders appears to believe that college education is a worthy reason for which to transfer funds from some, and provide those funds to others. Regardless, at the end of the day, it still isn't truly 'free'.
