I own 11 million shares although I'm not sure why you would care. I don't care how many shares you or anyone else owns. Why would I?"
being a shareholder is extremely relevant based on the bias and frequency of posting. maybe you really are a newbie and extremely naive about the way these boards are manipulated - if so - put the pressure on you to reply/defend yourself in perspective and understand you are coming across in a much different light. the amount isnt as critical other than to justify time/effort in persuading/disuading those on your argument.
to casey's previous post: if you have 11MM that you bought at 0.0001-0.0002 and you are this seemingly critical of mgmt - WTH are you still invested? get out with a very healthy return and dont look back. there are many questions from the past you will not get answered and/or have to do a lot of DD into past relationships and business dealings to appreciate where the company is today. if you have not done the DD - then shame on you for investing blind and holding when you feel there are too many red flags.
going forward - to put any doubt about your intentions and/or bias - answer the following questions. i am not picking on you. i ask this of anyone in a similar situation that looks to be a disruptive force on a board and appears (even if unintentional) to be tied to those who are paid to bash and/or working in cohoots with MMs/CD lenders.
are you a current shareholder? if not - have you owned shares previously? (you answered this already and reported 11MM)
how long have you owned shares?
are you in any way, shape, or manner associated, affiliated, or have done business (past or present) with TPAC as an employee, contractor, lender, or otherwise business connection?
have you been compensated in any way, shape, or manner for your opinions, consulting, business, or otherwise dealings with the company, its contractors, lenders, or any other affiliate connected to the company?
again - if you are a true newbie - then appreciate the perspective and experience of many on this board and why these questions are pertinent.
moderators/board members - if he refuses to answer, dodges, or remains overly ambiguous - ban him and remove all his posts. these are simple and straightforward questions and anyone having a fair and honest discussion should have no issues answering them. there is nothing confidential about them and does not disclose any personal information, holdings, etc.
I am a current shareholder and have been so since early 2013. to date, i have never sold a share. i have never (knowingly) done any business with any entity related to or having done business with the company in any way shape or form (again - that I am aware of or directly connected to. I deal with a lot of different companies in my line of work).
I have never been compensated in any way, shape or form by the company or any related affiliate for opinions, consulting, or contracting.
I have never personally met anyone directly connected to the company or any of its affiliates (again - knowingly). I have spoke to the founders and key mgmt by phone and contacted them through email on various occasions looking for clarification, offering suggestions on communications/branding, and connecting them to possible distribution partners/dealers, etc.
here is the thing - since this is a public format and public record, if one knowingly lies in such an affirmation and uses that lie to gain - it is fraud and in this case - securities fraud. since these statements can all be traced back to individual IP addresses - they are pretty damning if a case were to be made. everyone of the pros/bashers on these sites absolutely understand that. they know exactly what they can and can not say and how to play around the edges. however, they will NOT answer these direct questions if they are involved because they either need to willfully lie or expose themselves/their bias. i have tried to ask that on iLie and the posts immediately get deleted. on yahoo - they simply go away for awhile and not come back. on here - they do not have that ability which is where the strength of the board shows. further - if all of the "pumpers" provide the same affirmation and ILOVEHJOE or other sheep do not - it speaks for itself.
so - i would encourage the Moderators to address this with ILOVEHJOE or any other poster trying to railroad a topic and distract from the general discussion. do not allow ambiguity or dodging. my replies are pretty specific. obviously anyone could have a chance conversation in passing but if they are directly involved - there is no gray area.
