You cannot "just sign up" You have to APPLY and be APPROVED. Which requires CERTIFICATIONS.
It is a long PROCESS which TPAC has taken the time and energy to COMPLETE.

That is correct. Becoming a Boeing supplier IS A PROCESS . It appears, TPAC has been working on this PROCESS, for quite some time.
