Remember that the people buying need some serious motivation to be willing to pay the higher ask price in order to see the pps start to climb, and especially to sustain a climb. Most of us "non-wealthy" investors are bargain hunting, and some like myself are well aware of the coordinated effort that's required. Problem is that the most important requirement for a successful effort is lots of cash. If you don't have that, you won't likely get it to climb much. All involved have to keep chasing a higher ask price. Without the major news or big investment capital to sustain, those doing the buying will merely be tricked into lining the pockets of whoever is selling because the buying pressure won't be strong enough for those who pushed it up to turn around and make a profit like those they bought from. If and only if those doing the organized buying timed their effort with major buying pressure already occurring, and they had slowly accumulated a large position at the bottom or near the bottom, then they will benefit from the sudden boost they helped to provide to the buying frenzy. Nevertheless, if not sustained they won't be able to cash in which is obviously the idea behind a coordinated pps manipulation. Most here are longs who've built sizable long positions. The stock price will move up in a sustained and steady upward trend once the big investment capital recognizes the growth potential and trusts the accuracy of the financial reporting as a result of the up-listings and financial reports to come.
