I have waited a full week not waiting any longer. I was contacted by the SEC Mr. Bowman last week about Joel and MNGG, at this time things not looking good. I'll give Joel until end of week to release something, if not, I will type up what I talked about with SEC and the responses. Please don't ask me any questions at this time
