In 2014, a then 20-year old CEO bought the old EVDR shell - reputedly for $20K - to enable his skateboard apparel company to go public. Since then he has worked through the achievements listed in the sticky.
The name change to Critic Clothing and ticker change to CRTC were completed in 4Q 2015.
He understands the use of social media, managed to get major networking and photo opportunities at the 2015 ESPYS awards and has so far recruited 15 sporting professionals to be unpaid ambassadors - the 24K Club.
Plans for 2016 were announced in the January 4 2016 PR - see sticky.
Major items are:
Expanding the brand to to a wider customer base beyond the skateboard community.
Possible introduction of unique patented apparel items.
Working on more than one deal to also sell via major, well-known, brick and mortar chains.
