While he's been in the "Think Tank" he has been very busy according to his brother when I asked about him at SHM. I think he has been utilizing his time very well and will be in better shape physically when he returns with his innovative ideas. Someone posted months ago that he could be out on good behavior early as Nov. Costs taxpayers a lot of money to keep non violent offenders incarcerated, so why not.
